Our entire approach is designed for business leaders who understand their business deeply but don't have a technical background. We translate everything into plain language and recommend only what makes sense for your situation.

It depends on the scope. A strategy-only engagement (assessment + roadmap) typically takes 3–4 weeks. Training programs run 2–6 weeks depending on the size of your team. Full implementation projects are typically 8–16 weeks from kickoff to go-live, with ongoing support available afterward. We always discuss scope and timeline upfront so there are no surprises.

After your assessment, we'll provide a clear proposal with a fixed-fee structure — no hourly billing surprises, no scope creep without discussion.
